This policy explains what personal information we collect through this Hawthorne East Village VIP registration page, why, and what your choices are. Registration information — your first and last name, email address, phone number, the type of home you are interested in, and your buying timeline, when you submit the registration form.
Booking information — if you book a consultation, the details you provide through our booking provider (Calendly).
Technical and advertising data — the campaign, source and medium tags (UTM parameters) that brought you to this page, your IP address, browser and device information, and pages you view on this site. Where enabled, this site uses cookies and advertising/measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand which ads lead to registrations.

2. How we use it

To send you the VIP package you requested (lot-by-lot pricing, floor plans, deposit structure and closing-cost information) for Hawthorne East Village.
To follow up with you about Hawthorne East Village — availability, price changes and future releases, including townhome releases — and about similar new-home opportunities, only with your consent.
To book and prepare for consultations you request.
To measure and improve our advertising.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping required of real estate licensees in Ontario if you proceed to a purchase.

3. Consent and email (CASL)

We send commercial electronic messages only with your express consent, which you give by checking the consent box on the registration form. Every email includes an unsubscribe mechanism, and you can withdraw consent at any time by using that link or emailing us. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing messages; it does not affect messages already sent or records we must keep by law.

4. Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run this page and our follow-up — our customer-relationship and email platform (FollowUpHub), our booking provider (Calendly), our website host, and advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for measurement;
With Mattamy Homes, only if you ask us to register you with the builder or you proceed toward purchasing a home;
As required by law, court order, or our regulator.

5. Cookies

This site uses essential cookies needed for it to function. Where enabled, advertising and analytics cookies (Meta Pixel, Google) measure campaign performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the registration form will still work.

6. Retention and security

We keep registration information only as long as needed for the purposes above and any legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights
